Mac

An in app update will be made available to your users automatically. They will be prompted to confirm the update by clicking the Update now button. 

If your users experience any issues updating on a mac, this could be due to local caching issues. Please follow these instructions to reset app permissions and clear the cache:

  1. If users manage their own machines then they can download and run the permissions and cache restoration tool from the following link: Fix Mac Update Permissions v1.1.zip
  2. Alternatively, if you centrally manage machines on behalf of your users, you may run the following script from the Terminal application or mac command line
wget https://app.cybersmart.co.uk/static/fix-mac-update-permissions-v1.1.sh
chmod +x fix-mac-update-permissions.sh
sudo sh ./fix-mac-update-permissions.sh

Windows

Self enrolment (deployment via .exe)

An in app update will be made available to your users. They will be prompted to confirm the update.

Bulk install (deployment via .msi)

Admins will be notified when an update is available via email. This can then be redeployed via the original mechanism. Here are some guides for common platforms:
