If your devices are failing the auto update check and you have an alternative in place such as third party patching via an RMM, simply follow this guide to resolve for all your devices.
Step 1: Visit the Reports tab at the top of the organisational dashboard
Step 2: Click Manual resolve on the "Automatic OS updating enabled" check
Step 3: Select Permanently resolve
The devices will now show as compliant in both the dashboard and the desktop app
