Creating the Scripts

Step 1: 

  • In your Continuum RMM MSP dashboard, click on Scripts then click on Add next to the search box, then click Add custom

Step 2: 

  • Select Create own application and then click Create a Script From This Template.

Step 3:

  • In the Copy Script Window, update the following properties and click save. 
  • Script name = CyberSmart Installer
  • Description = CyberSmart desktop app
  • Location = {the URL location of the MSI from your CyberSmart dashboard}
  • Type of Application = MSI Package
  • Package / Exe name = CyberSmart.msi (NOTE: this is case-sensitive)
  • Install under user account = Leave this unchecked
  • Execution Mode = Set to install


Creating the Job

Step 4: 

  • Continue to Creating the job from this new script. 

Step 5:

  • Select Jobs and Instances from the menu on the left side of the web application, then select Add Job
  • Update the following: 
  • Job name = CyberSmart Deployment
  • Script or Batch = Select the Script - Select a script drop down. 
  • Within the Filter field, type CyberSmart and select the CyberSmart Installer option. 
  • Configure the CyberSmart Deployment Jon to run against your desired sites and resources. 
  • Within the Schedule, select the appropriate configuration for your deployment and click the Submit button. The Continuum documentation recommends using the Run once at next against check-in option.
  • Select the Create Job button.
