To find out which version of Windows your device is running, press the Windows logo key + R, type winver in the Open box, and then select OK.

This will show the operating system, version and build number.

Press the apple logo in the top left of your screen, and then select “About This Mac”

This will bring up a popup which tells you the operating system version name and number.

To find the OS version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.

Open your device's Settings app.
Near the bottom, tap About phone or About tablet and then Android version.
Find your 'Android version', 'Android security update' and 'Build number'.
