Introducing Offline Mode
CyberSmart's new Offline Mode makes your Cyber Essentials certification process quicker and more flexible. You can export your answers to work on offline, then import them back in whenever you're ready.
Answers can be exported from the Certificates section of your dashboard, and imported back in via the Cyber Essentials questionnaire.
Exporting Past Answers
Go to the Certificates section of your dashboard.
On the right-hand side, click Export answers. This downloads your answers as an Excel spreadsheet.
When you're ready to bring them back in, open the Cyber Essentials questionnaire and click Import answers at the bottom of the page.
Exporting an In-Progress Questionnaire
You don't need to finish the questionnaire to export it, you can do this partway through too:
Scroll to the bottom of the questionnaire.
Click Export.
Importing Your Answers
Once you've made your changes offline and are ready to bring them back in:
Click Import Answers at the bottom of the questionnaire.
In the pop-up, upload your Excel file.
Tick the confirmation checkbox.
Click Import Answers.
Please note: importing will overwrite all of your current answers in the questionnaire. We'd recommend double-checking your file before importing to make sure it has everything you need.
