How do I enable CyberSmart Phish for an organisation?

CyberSmart Phish will be enabled automatically for any CyberSmart Learn customer.

How does an organisation access CyberSmart Phish?

Manager and Reporter type users will see additional menu options appear for setting up Phishing Campaigns, email templates, landing pages and tracking progress through reports.

Is it possible to target Phishing Campaigns at groups of users?

Yes. The same user groups used for training assignments can also be linked to Phishing Campaigns. Alternatively a campaign can be sent to all users.

Can I schedule Phishing Campaigns in advance?

Yes. It is possible to choose a date and time for each campaign. At that point emails will be sent to all lined user groups.

How do I make sure my phishing simulations make it into inboxes and not Spam?

It is important to white list the IP from which phishing emails are sent. A full guide is here however the IP to allow is 35.178.254.71.

Note. particular setups of campaigns may still be blocked by your email service provider so always send a test email first!

There are more than 70 templates out of the box.

Can I create my own email templates?

Yes. These can either be created from scratch in the platform or imported from an existing email file.

What is a landing page?

A landing page is where a person ends up if they decide to click on the phishing simulation. This is a point of data capture for later reporting and indicates the success/failure of the test.

You may choose for your landing page to try and encourage data entry (another data capture point) or take the user to an education page on the subject of phishing.

How many landing pages are available in CyberSmart Phish?

There are 5 out of the box however we recommend creating your own

Can I create my own landing pages?

Yes. A selection of defaults pages are available however you’ll be able to create your own by importing existing pages or adding custom HTML.

What reporting is available on Phishing Simulations?

Dashboards are updated in realtime reporting, by campaign, on emails delivered, clicks through to a landing page and any attempt to enter data on the landing page.

In addition there’s a summary of users who repeatedly click through on campaigns so that they can be considered for additional training.
