To add a new organisation to the CyberSmart Partner Dashboard, login into your Dashboard https://app.cybersmart.co.uk/login/

Ensure you are directed to the Partner Dashboard section and click on the Add New Organisation button.

Complete the new Organisation's details.

Select the relevant option from the available depending on what your customer needs. If the customer's subscription includes Active Protect you will need to select the Deployment method between Individual and Bulk (advanced).

1. Individual Enrolment - Installation will depend upon the users Unique User ID (UUID) and a personal link will be emailed to them.

2. Bulk (advanced) - Preferred installation method for organisations looking to deploy through RMM Software.

If they will be deploying through RMM or GPO then please select the Bulk (advanced) option and then type in the approved domain in the Mobile apps: approved domain text box.

Once all the fields have been filled in the blue button at the bottom "Create Organisation" will become available for select. After you have created the organisation it will appear instantly on your partner dashboard, and any admins added during the creation process will automatically receive an email inviting them to set their password and log in.
