To create a new organisation on the dashboard please log in via

Once you have logged in you will be directed to the partner dashboards main page where all customer organisations can be viewed in more detail. It is from here that you can add a new organisation to your customer base.

To do this click the blue button labelled “Add New Organisation”. Once this has been selected you will be directed to fill in the information related to the organisation you are trying to add. You will need to input the organisation name and the industry it operates in. Then you will need to enter the organisation's chosen domain, this will be important when it comes to downloading the application Cybersmart Active Protect.

If the organisation chooses to have centralised deployment they will need to enter the same domain listed when the organisation was created.

An administrator for the organisations account can be added here, this admin won't be able to see the partner dashboard, just their own dashboard after the organisation has been created. Organisation size will also need to be chosen and the toggle switch for CyberSmart Active Protect toggled to the right so it lights up as green.

The organisation's deployment method will need to be chosen next. There are two possible options to choose from; Centralised (bulk), or, Individual. This choice will stipulate how the application is deployed.

Bulk or Centralised deployment allows for mass deployment and is more useful for organisations who wish to deploy in bulk through RMM (remote monitoring and management software) tools.

Individual deployment uses a Unique User ID to assign the download to a specific user and email them their personal download link. This deployment method works for businesses who do not rely on a single platform for device management, and predominantly have user managed devices and bring your own device (BYOD) in place.

We have also added a step in creating the organisation to add a message which will appear on the download page available to the users. This allows both the administrator and the users to receive a tailored message when downloading increasing the authenticity of the download decreasing any fears of illegitimate software.

Once all that has been filled you can create the organisation by selecting the blue button ”Create Organisation”.
