How to log in to the New Zealand Dashboard
To log into your New Zealand dashboard, please access this link and enter your email and password.
Once you have logged in to the dashboard, you will be directed to the main dashboard screen. The main dashboard page is where you will be able to see the users on your platform and the devices that have CyberSmart Active Protect installed and running.
The navigation bar on the left hand side of the dashboard allows you to toggle between features. From here you can access Academy, Policies and Reports.
The Academy section will highlight the modules available to your users as well as a brief description of what each module entails. In this section, click “Get Started” to begin your Academy journey.
The Smart Policies section of the dashboard allows the organisation admin to upload policies so the user can read and agree to them from their device.
The Report section of the dashboard gives you a view of the devices that have CyberSmart installed and running.
Each report covers a different product or feature we offer at CyberSmart. The aim is to neatly summarise data and give you a quick overview of your organisation’s security status.
Our report feature covers a few key areas which will be explained in more detail below.
Active Protect Security report relates to the status of the devices indicating which users are passing or failing certain checks.
Active Protect Vulnerability report indicates which packages on the devices have been flagged as vulnerable. Please note that our software vulnerability report is not an in-depth scanning tool. Any recommendations should be treated as guidelines only.
The Smart Policies report highlights which policies have been read and agreed to by users, and which users have not read or signed these policies.
The Smart Score report shows in depth the organisation's smart score and gives an indication of how the organisation can improve their score. For example Secured Devices showing 59.5% could indicate that some devices are possibly failing checks or may not have agreed to certain policies.
