New Zealand Partner Dashboard Explained
At CyberSmart we want to empower our partners to effectively manage their customers in real time. So, we’ve created the Partner Dashboard to help you do just that.
On the Partner Dashboard you are able to create new organisations, view all your customer organisations devices, and gain access to our Partner Marketing Hub and Knowledge base. You can also manage partner access accounts, allowing you to safely add colleagues to the Partner Dashboard and oversee customers’ cybersecurity more effectively.
From this view, you can see all organisations enrolled on your partner dashboard, the total number of devices installed, and which of those devices are passing or failing.
The partner administrator is also able to search in this list to quickly see the organisation details they want to view. And, sort the data to arrange organisations by date created or their security status.
The navigation bar on the left hand side of the dashboard allows the partner administrator to switch between views on their dashboard and see specific features.
By selecting the ‘Devices’ tab the user is able to view all devices that have CyberSmart installed and running. This does not segregate the devices by organisation but gives the administrator a full and clear view of all those devices (including the organisation each belongs to). This allows them to reach out to each organisation and highlight those devices which may need a little more attention to get them secured.
‘Secure Devices’ relates to all those devices that have CyberSmart Active Protect running and are passing all checks. This view gives the administrator the whole story of that installation including the device's last check in, the vulnerabilities flagged by the application, and the user and version associated with that device.
This view can be filtered by device type, for example, mobile or desktop. This list can even be sorted to show the device by name, organisation, operating system, and last check in.
This list view also offers the availability of searching by device name. For example, if you wanted a quick look at PC-123 just enter it into the search bar and this will automatically redirect the administrator to that organisation's device detail screen.
The devices page will also show the latest version of CyberSmart Active Protect available for both desktops and mobile devices.
The Partner settings page allows the partner administrator to manage their notifications as well as their partner users. They are able to add email addresses to receive email notifications for failed security checks or for devices that have not checked in for a while. These optional notifications can be activated and deactivated according to the needs of the partner.
From the Manage Partner Users settings page, one of the partner administrators can add or remove other partner administrators as they like. This is a useful feature for our partners as they are able to manage new starters and leavers without the need to contact CyberSmart to action this request on their behalf.
