At CyberSmart, we provide Smart policies to assist your business in efficient administration and ensuring its security and compliance.

The Policies are uploaded to the CyberSmart agent and are able to be viewed and agreed to on users devices, either on their mobile or laptop.

Once a user accesses and reads the policy, they have the option to agree with it. After the user has agreed to the policy this will show with a green tick next to it on the left hand side.

This information is then relayed to the CyberSmart dashboard, making it easy to track policy agreement throughout your organisation and see which users have yet to agree to this policy.

In the Smart Policies section of the dashboard, you also have the flexibility to add or exclude policies as your business evolves and adapts to new contexts. If a policy needs to be removed, simply click the 'Select Action' dropdown box and then 'Delete Policy'. To upload a fresh policy click on 'Add new policy' at the top of the page.

From this interface, you retain the ability to rename policies, carry out updates and amend which user groups the policies are enabled for.
