What is CyberSmart Active Protect for Mobile
Active Protect for Mobile can be downloaded on most smartphones that have access to either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
It offers protection and assurance against costly data breaches and cyberattacks on smartphones and tablets.
The application checks mobile devices are configured to Cyber Essentials’ recommended security practices. The application will run checks on the device and feedback information relating to the phone's security level in four key areas:

Vulnerable configuration
App Threats
Known and unknown malware apps
Spyware apps
App permission abuse
Web Threats:
Malicious websites and scripts
Command and control traffic
Network threats:
Man-in-the-middle attacks
Unsecured networks

It also supports Smart Policies, ensuring end users can read and agree to policies on their mobile devices to comply with your business’s internal policies.
CyberSmart Active Protect supports both user-managed and corporate-provided devices.
